This is the book I will go to first. Sourdough has always been fascinating, so having a starter in the refrigerator makes it so much more likely that I will grab that first. Thanks!
Beautiful pictures. Came across this cookbook by accident looking for Tortano recipes. There are many in this book. Although I haven't made the bread yet I did make the Mixed Fruit Cobbler using frozen fruit from our gardens. One of the best cobblers I have ever had. Once the holiday season is over I will be diving into this book.
